Processing & Delivery

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package in real-time.

Delivery Confirmation: Signature confirmation is available upon request for an additional fee.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. International orders are not available at this time.

Return & Refund Policy

  • • Opened Products: Opened products are not eligible for refund unless approved on a case-by-case basis
  • • Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests beyond 30 days are not eligible

Address Accuracy

Delivery Confirmation

  • • If tracking shows your package as delivered but not received, contact the carrier
  • • We are happy to assist with filing a claim but are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed

Shipping Issues & Missing Shipments

In the event of a shipping-related issue (such as delay, misdelivery, or loss), PeptideScience can reship your package 7 business days after the original scheduled delivery date, once we receive confirmation from the shipping carrier regarding the status of your original order.

To Report a Missing Shipment: Please contact support@peptidescience.com within 7 days of the listed delivery date to begin a claim for a missing shipment.
